Kyle made a valiant attempt to expand his musical and creative horizons by trying to bring a guitar to practice, and was immediately shamed into oblivion for having an unacceptable tone. (he got better, but not before we made a couple of songs absolutely mocking him for having shopped at the Crappy Sound Store)

The “definitive” version of I Like Potatoes was recorded with the help of a guest musician and composer, Dale Belnap. Dale’s keyboard chops really helped kick the song up a notch! The original jam that got us dreaming of spuds is below.

Ozzy Osborne wrote a song called “Revelation Mother Earth“, which may or may not have been on Bill’s mind when he wrote this tune. Dating back to before 1992, it’s one of our core original songs from the early days of Shufflin’ Noah, and always a big hit at a gig.
